JOB DESCRIPTION:
Handles incoming call orders, as well as email, and resolves service issues. Interactions with customers that include customer service, sales, and operational staff. Uses software to enter ticket information and track activity. Shifts vary with the potential for overtime.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the essential duties satisfactorily.
- Other minor duties may be assigned and may vary by location.
- Works with routing specialists, route managers, and the service department to optimize routes.
- Handles fields incoming calls and e-mails from customer service and sales department; manages requests for pick-up or container delivery and ensures same-day service.
- Initiates outbound calls to customers while drivers are on-site/location, resolving pick-up and other issues.

- Detailed oriented.
- Multitasking.
- Effective and professional communication via email, telephone, and two-way devices.
- Knowledge of Atlanta, GA, and surrounding areas.
- General computer skills with the desire and ability to learn software applications.
